Welcome to Wild & Tamed Gardens! By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.
The following conditions here state the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of all parties involved in this Agreement. In places where the words 'you' or 'your' appear, they refer to the Client: 'we', 'us' or 'our' signifies Wild & Tamed Gardens; 'teams' 'providers' refers to the subcontractors who may carry out the gardening services. Your attention is drawn to our cancellation policy in these Terms and Conditions.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Wild & Tamed Gardens’ website and gardening services. By accessing our site or booking a service, you accept these terms in full.
2. Services Provided
Wild & Tamed Gardens offers tailored garden maintenance services, including but not limited to seasonal care, tidying, planting assistance, and wildlife-friendly upkeep. Services are provided as agreed upon during booking and may vary based on availability, location, and client needs.
3. Booking and Payments

All services must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email.

Payment details, including pricing and invoicing, will be discussed upon booking.

We reserve the right to request deposits for certain services, particularly larger maintenance projects.

Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

At the time of the booking you must provide us with an accurate description and size of your garden. Wild & Tamed Gardens reserves the right to amend the quote and charge for any extra work that needs to be carried out.

If you provide us with incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information or instructions, Wild & Tamed Gardens may cancel, or may make an additional charge of a reasonable sum to cover any extra work that is required.

Once a job has been confirmed, a slot will be reserved for the performance of the service. Please note, that the confirmation of the time of the job is only an estimate, as we do not have control over given circumstances, including but not limited to traffic, bad weather, or force majeure events.
4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 3 days notice without charge, cancellations can be made via email to info@wildandtamedgardens.com with a subject line beginning 'cancellation'.

Cancellations 48-24hrs before may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Wild & Tamed Gardens reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather conditions.

If, for any reason, Wild & Tamed Gardens deems the site unfit for working in a safe manner e.g. heavy frost, waterlogging, snow and/or ice, or the ground is not safe to pass by or clear of excess animal waste, the Client shall be notified in writing by email. In a likewise manner, if the site is deemed unfit the Client may cancel or postpone a visit by giving at least 24 hours notice, and a new date re-scheduled.

In the case that you, the client decide to cancel the gardening service upon arrival of Wild & Tamed Gardens, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £20.

Wild & Tamed Gardens reserves the right to refuse, cease or stop the service process at any time if our staff are abused or threatened in any way.
5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe access to their garden space for maintenance services at all times during work hours. Proper access shall be defined as reasonable passage into the site, both front and rear gardens as may be required by the works schedule, to allow for tools and equipment to pass without undue difficulty.

Any specific requests, such as pet-friendly treatments or particular plant care, should be discussed in advance.

Wild & Tamed Gardens is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues within the garden before service begins.

Clients to ensure that the site is clear of all obstructions including but not restricted to toys, furniture (unless the site precludes such operations), dog and cat faecal matter, prior to Wild & Tamed Gardens commencing the works.

Wild & Tamed Gardens cannot be held liable for any damage to, or costs involved in, any underground hazards, hidden cables, obstructions or services not made known in writing prior to works commencing.
6. Liability and Guarantee

While we strive for the best results, Wild & Tamed Gardens cannot guarantee specific plant growth or outcomes due to natural factors beyond our control.

We take care when handling plants and garden spaces but are not liable for any accidental damage that may occur during routine maintenance.

Wild & Tamed Gardens is not responsible for damage caused by external factors, including weather, pests, or property wear and tear.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Client details will only be used for service-related communication and will not be shared without consent.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Wild & Tamed Gardens reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be informed of significant changes affecting bookings or service agreements.
